1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mahkota8 ("Platform", "we", "company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by mahkota8, you hereby express your full and unconditional agreement to all terms and conditions stated in this document.

3.3 Account Information
All registered information, including full name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email, and bank account number, must be accurate and belong to the user. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

mahkota8 offers a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before any withdrawal of winnings can be processed.
For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing your account balance to RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250. In another scenario, a deposit of RM2,200 gives the maximum bonus of RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM3,700, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- One bonus offer per user, per promotion;
- Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly into cash;

6. Game Rules
All games available on the mahkota8 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting games, and others — are subject to their respective specific rules. Users are advised to understand the rules of each game before playing.
Game results generated by the system are considered final. mahkota8 is not responsible for any technical disruption occurring during a game session caused by the user's network or device issues. In the event of a technical disruption on the platform's side, mahkota8 will take appropriate action based on system records.

7. Prohibitions, Fraud, and Abuse

8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 By mahkota8
mahkota8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from authorities, or legal compliance requirements.
8.2 By the User
Users may close their account at any time by contacting the mahkota8 support team. Before the account closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned once compliance checks are completed. Balances obtained from bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
9. Limitation of Liability
mahkota8 provides this service "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, mahkota8 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including loss of anticipated winnings or profits.
